Week #9: Hubspot Persona

A buyer persona assists in helping sellers understand their buyer’s wants and needs better. The persona embodies actual research based on real existing customers. It is important for sellers to understand their buyer's needs because not only does it help to fulfill the buyer's desires, it also helps the company organize and revitalize their management systems. Creating a buyer persona can ensure manpower is being evenly distributed in the entire business. Learning about customers is essential because their goals and traits help shape your company’s design and strategies that will eventually be aimed at gaining more customers.
